《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》将数学实践活动作为课程的加强内容,旨在通过实践与综合运用让学生自主探究和合作交流。数学新课程标准指出:有效的数学学习活动不能单纯地依靠模仿与记忆,动手实践、自主探索与合作交流是学生学习数学的重要方式。这一说法实质上强调了数学的学习不只是概念、法则、公式的掌握及熟练过程,更应该是实践、探索的过程,要让学生从具体的实践中经历数学的学习过程,培养数学意识,提高数学思维水平。动手实践作为一种学习数学的重要方式,它可以贯穿于数学学习的全过程,课前、课中、课后都可以依据具体的教学内容设计相宜的实践活动,有利于培养实践能力与创造意识。
