本实验采集了孕期14～28周110例羊水,用盘状凝胶电泳分析法,分析其中乙酰胆硷酯酶活性,有助于早期诊断胎儿开放性神经管缺陷,无脑儿或脊柱裂等先天性畸形。为临床产科开展产前诊断提供了简便易行的方法。
In this study, 110 cases of amniotic fluid during 14-28 weeks of gestation were collected, and the activity of acetylcholinesterase was analyzed by discotic gel electrophoresis. It was helpful to diagnose fetal open neural tube defects, cerebral aneurysms or spina bifida early Congenital malformations. For clinical obstetric prenatal diagnosis provides an easy way.
