白塞氏病(简称BD)是一种比较少见的疾。,近年来,从国内外文献报导以及一些省市医院就诊情况来看,发病率有增加的趋势。现就我们收治的二例白塞氏病报告如下: 病例报告例一:刘某,女性,55岁。因发烧、关节痛十余天,便血半小时而急诊入院。入院前十余天开始发烧、双膝关节疼痛,曾服土霉素、APC等药,症状未见好转。于入院前半小时,突然排鲜血便约1000毫升,便后感觉头昏、心慌、无力。既往有三十年反复发 Behcet’s disease (referred to as BD) is a relatively rare disease.
