(接4月上)常见的治疗附件炎的西药可分为三类。①抗生素治疗:抗生素可将残留的致病菌杀死,并可预防其急性发作。常用的药物仍为青霉素、庆大霉素、灭滴灵等。②组织疗法:可以通过肌肉注射胎盘组织液、胎盘球蛋白等进行治疗,每日或隔日1次,15次为1疗程。③其他药物治疗:对因慢性输卵管炎造成的输卵管阻塞,可行宫腔注射。选用庆大霉素16万单位,α-糜蛋白酶5毫克,地塞米
