商业轻质链烷烃异构化技术是用分子筛催化剂或氯化铝催化剂,这两类催化剂的活性都不很高。由美国环球油品公司(UOP)、科莫索研究院(CRL)和日本三菱重工(MHL)联合开发的Par-lsom异构化新工艺中采用一种高活性金属硫酸盐催化剂,这种催化剂稳定且易再生。文章评述了这种被称为LPl-100的新型催化剂的性能及应用这种新型催化剂的Par-lsom异构新工艺并就其经济性进行了分析与评价
Commercial light paraffin isomerization technology is the use of molecular sieve or aluminum chloride catalyst, these two types of catalyst activity is not very high. A new Par-lsom isomerization process, jointly developed by the U.S. Global Oil Company (UOP), the Comoso Research Institute (CRL) and Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHL), employs a highly active metal sulfate catalyst, Stable and easy to regenerate. The article reviews the performance of this new LPI-100 catalyst and the new Par-lsom isomerization process using this new catalyst and analyzes and evaluates its economics
