几乎无人否认,追求幸福是人类永恒的目标。当前,我国政府提出以科学发展观为指导、构建以人为本的和谐社会的发展思路,究其实质就是要实现国富民乐的社会经济发展目标。为适应这一发展需求,国家统计局还推出了幸福指数、人的全面发展指数和社会和谐指数等新的统计内容。
Almost no one denies that the pursuit of happiness is the eternal goal of mankind. At present, the government of our country proposes to take the scientific outlook on development as the guide and to build a harmonious people-oriented society. The essence is to achieve the goal of social and economic development for the nation rich in folklore. In order to meet the development needs, the National Bureau of Statistics has also released new statistics such as the happiness index, the human overall development index and the social harmony index.
