本文评述了流化床蒸发器的结构特点 ,对流化床蒸发器浓缩茶叶浸提液时的传热性能、防除垢情况进行了研究。并对影响传热系数的一些主要因素进行了分析。实验结果表明 ,流化床蒸发器提高了传热系数 ,具有良好的防除垢性能。
This paper reviews the structural features of the fluidized bed evaporator, and studies the heat transfer performance and scale control of the tea leaf extract when the fluidized bed evaporator is concentrated. Some main factors affecting the heat transfer coefficient were also analyzed. The experimental results show that the fluidized bed evaporator increases the heat transfer coefficient and has good anti-scaling performance.
