目的建立一种相对简便的测定海产品中牛磺酸的方法。②方法根据在一定的条件下,牛磺酸与乙酰丙酮和甲醛反应生成带色的配合物,建立了测定牛磺酸的吸光光度法。③结果该方法的样品前处理过程较为简便,所测得的牡蛎中牛磺酸含量与采用氨基酸测定仪测定的结果接近,相对标准偏差不大于4.0%,回收率为92.8%~98.9%.④结论吸光光度法是测定牡蛎中牛磺酸含量的较好方法,其成本低,干扰少。用于样品分析,结果满意。
Objective To establish a relatively simple method for the determination of taurine in seafood. Methods According to the reaction of taurine with acetylacetone and formaldehyde under certain conditions, a colored complex was formed and a spectrophotometric method for the determination of taurine was established. The results of the sample pretreatment process is relatively simple, the measured content of taurine in oyster and amino acid analyzer measured results close to the relative standard deviation of not more than 4.0%, the recovery rate was 92.8% 98.9%. ④ Conclusion Spectrophotometry is a better way to determine the content of taurine in oyster, its low cost and less interference. For sample analysis, the results are satisfactory.
