Geological effects of GPR in sedimentary environment of the delta, coastal and river facies are studied. Geological statistics are used to extract geologic information of various scales contained in the GPR image. The semi-variogram It is an effective new geoscience method to indicate the geological orientation and horizontal continuity of underground geological formations. Theoretical models and examples illustrate the effectiveness of this method.
