高技术虚拟企业混合待协商问题的分析与推理是联盟运营过程中冲突消解的有效途径,也是提高高技术虚拟企业合作绩效的可行性方法。利用多色集合理论建立多重冲突议题的递阶结构模型,结合冲突诱发因素与组成元素的表现形式和特征,形式化描述复杂问题的待处理功能节点与约束条件,并对构成联盟冲突议题进行逻辑推理和分解筛选。在此基础上,选取某一高技术虚拟企业高技术产品生产衔接环节作为实证研究对象。研究结果表明:探寻复杂冲突问题的形成机理与推理路径可以促进协商参与个体尽快达成一致性共识,提升成员企业间的战略信任关系,降低联盟运作的谈判成本和交易成本,实现成员优势资源与核心能力的最佳配置。
