处方是医生用药的嘱咐,是药剂人员调配发药的依据,是医疗文件的重要组成部分。因此,医生书写处方,药剂人员核对处方,都必须用严肃认真的态度来对待。在这方面我院大多数同志是做得比较好的。但是差错处方仍然没有完全消灭。为了引起大家的重视,注意改进今后的工作,确保医疗用药的安全,现把我们药局1971年12月～1972年10月份一部分有差错的处方进行一些分析,并提出今后改进意见。
Prescription is a prescription for doctors to use drugs. It is the basis for pharmacy personnel to distribute drugs and is an important part of medical documents. Therefore, doctors writing prescriptions and pharmacy personnel checking prescriptions must all be treated with seriousness. In this regard, most of our comrades in our hospital are doing a better job. However, the error prescription has not been completely eliminated. In order to arouse everyone’s attention, pay attention to improving the future work, and ensure the safety of medical drugs, we have analyzed some of the mistaken prescriptions made by our pharmacy from December 1971 to October 1972, and put forward suggestions for improvement in the future.
