积极开展档案资料的利用工作,不但对社会主义建设能够起积极配合作用,同时对档案工作的其他各项工作也可以起推动作用。现就我们机关一年来的情况,举以下几个事实,说明开展档案资料的利用工作和其他搜集、整理、鉴定等工作的关系。一、去年六月我们在进行六百多个案卷的编目工作时,就从开展利用工作出发,对于—些不必要的手续,加以简化,因而在编目工作的过程中,我们提出了九项改进意见。这些意见,不但提高了工作效率,也符合开展利用工作,现例举其中几项:
Active use of archival materials will not only play an active role in coordinating socialism, but it will also play a catalytic role in all other aspects of archival work. Now on the situation of our organs over the past year, we cite the following facts to illustrate the relationship between the utilization of archives and other work of collecting, arranging and appraising documents. I. In June last year, when carrying out the cataloging work of over 600 cases, we proceeded with the utilization work and simplified some unnecessary procedures. Therefore, during the cataloging process, we proposed nine improvements opinion. These opinions not only improve work efficiency but are also in line with utilization. Some examples are as follows:
