近年来我国大力提倡素质教育,幼儿教育是人一生成长过程中关键的教育阶段,对幼儿时期的身心健康发展具有重要作用。加强对幼儿舞蹈教学,不仅促进幼儿性格活泼,更能提升儿童表现创造力,培养幼儿乐观向上的生活态度,随着幼儿舞蹈教学逐渐受到家长及学校的重视,对舞蹈教师也提出了更高要求,尤其是教师的舞蹈创编能力方面,本文就幼儿舞蹈教师应具有的工作能力进行详细说明,并对幼儿舞蹈教师创编能力,提出具体有效培养途径。
