等效负载的确定是机车传动系统动力学研究中的关键问题。根据Kalker理论,确定出计算负载力矩的方法,并选取直线运行时的几种典型工况编程计算。结果表明,负载力矩除了与机车结构参数、轮轨几何参数、材料特性等有关外,还与外界激励作用下机车的动力学响应有关。提出的计算方法和计算结果对其它工况下负载的计算以及机车传动系统动力学研究都有着重要的意义。
The determination of equivalent load is a key issue in the research of locomotive drive system dynamics. According to Kalker theory, the method to calculate the load torque is determined, and several typical working conditions in linear operation are selected and programmed. The results show that the load torque is related to the structural parameters of the locomotive, the geometric parameters of the wheel and rail, the material properties and other factors, but also relates to the dynamic response of the locomotive under the external excitation. The proposed calculation method and calculation results are of great significance for the calculation of loads under other operating conditions and the study of locomotive drive system dynamics.
