近年来,宁波市积极与重点高校、科研院所、科技型企业等合作,在成建制引进中科院宁波材料所、兵科院宁波分院后,先后引进浙江大学宁波工业技术研究院、西安电子科技大学宁波产业园、中科院上海药物所宁波生物产业创新中心、摩米创新工场等一大批重点人才创业创新平台,为高层次人才施展才华、创业创新,引领区域经济发展提供了强大引擎。宁波属于二线城市,成建制引进知名大院大所的难度之大可想而知,但宁波各地引进人才创业创新平台并未止步
