目的 :观察奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法 :随机选择 5 0例经胃镜检查确诊为活动期消化性溃疡患者 ,口服奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,每日早晨一次 ,并同时口服阿莫西林0 .5 g ,qid ,共 2周后改为单用奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,qd ,继续治疗2周 ,做胃镜检查及幽门螺旋杆菌 (Hp)检测。结果 :4周总有效率为 94% (47/ 5 0 ) ,Hp根除率为 81.2 5 %。结论 :用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡疗效高 ,且无明显不良反应。
Objective: To observe the effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods: Fifty patients with active peptic ulcer diagnosed by gastroscopy were randomly enrolled. Omeprazole 20 mg was given orally daily once a day. Omeprazole 0.5 g and qid were given orally simultaneously for 2 weeks For the sole use of omeprazole 20mg, qd, continue treatment for 2 weeks, gastroscopy and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) detection. Results: The total effective rate in 4 weeks was 94% (47/50), and the eradication rate of Hp was 81.2 5%. Conclusion: Omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of peptic ulcer with high efficacy and no obvious adverse reactions.
