目的观察中药联合益生菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2016年12月于我院就诊的86例秋季腹泻患儿为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。对照组予常规西药对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用中药联合益生菌治疗,7 d后统计2组的临床疗效和主要症状评分。结果对照组总有效率为72.09%,治疗组为93.02%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组临床症状评分均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论中药联合益生菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,可降低临床症状评分,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with probiotics in treating pediatric autumn diarrhea. Methods Totally 86 children with autumnal diarrhea treated in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus probiotics on the basis of the control group. After 7 days, the clinical efficacy and the main symptom scores of the two groups were calculated. Results The total effective rate was 72.09% in the control group and 93.02% in the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the clinical symptom score between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05 ). After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the treatment group decreased more significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine combined probiotics treatment of pediatric fall diarrhea significant effect, can reduce the score of clinical symptoms, it is worth in the clinical application.
