建立了核磁共振磷谱(31P-NMR) 快速测定可乐饮料中的磷酸根含量的定量分析方法.以磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4) 配制标准工作溶液,在0. 25 ~4 mg /mL 浓度范围内,具有良好的线性关系.将该方法用于可乐中磷酸根含量的测定,测得可口可乐和百事可乐中的磷酸根的含量分别为0. 8462 mg /mL 和0. 9084 mg /mL,相对标准偏差为0. 44%和0. 46%,加标回收率在96. 4% ~109. 7%.“,”A rapid and quantitative method has been established to determine phosphate in Coke beverages by phosphorus-31 nuclear magnetic resonance (31P-NMR). The standard curve prepared with potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0. 25 to 4 mg /mL. The phosphate in Coke beverages was determined by this method. The concentrations of phosphate in Coca Cola and Pepsi Cola were 0. 8462 mg /mL and 0. 9084 mg /mL,respectively,the RSDs were 0. 44% and 0. 46%,and the recoveries were between 96. 4% and 109. 7%.
