1998年 ,我省推开了中小学教师继续教育培训工作 ,这是提高中小学教师队伍整体素质的基础性系统工程.分析目前我省教师继续教育存在的问题 ,有助于提高教育质量 ,真正实现教师继续教育的目的.本文结合我们对参加培训的中学教师的一项调查发现的问题 ,探讨改进我省教师继续教育
In 1998, the province launched the training for continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers. This is a basic systematic project to improve the overall quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools. Analyzing the problems existing in the continuing education of teachers in our province will help improve the quality of education. The purpose of realizing teacher’s continuing education. This article combines our findings on a survey of secondary school teachers who participated in the training and explored ways to improve teachers’ continuing education in our province.
