对5个高产水稻品种(组合)营养生长后期到籽粒完熟共8个生育期的顶叶饱和光合速率和叶绿素含量的测定结果显示,顶叶饱和光合速率均在营养生长期或幼穗分化早期时最大,而在经济器官形成的中后期和经济器官充实期则不同程度地下降;在经济器官形成和充实的主要生育期内,顶叶叶绿素含量一直保持在较高水平,且高于营养生长后期。表明由光合产物源流库关系不协调引起的光合作用反馈抑制是经济器官形成和充实的主要生育期内光合速率下降的原因之一,同时也是提高水稻产量潜力的限制因子。
The results showed that the peak photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in the top leaves of eight high-yielding rice cultivars (combinations) from vegetative growth stage to grain ripening stage were all at the vegetative or early stage of spike differentiation In the middle and later stages of the formation of economic organs and the period of economic organ enrichment. In the main growth period of the formation and enrichment of economic organs, the content of chlorophyll in the top leaf remained at a relatively high level, which was higher than that in the late vegetative stage . It is indicated that the inhibition of photosynthesis feedback caused by the uncoordinated relationship of source and sink of photosynthetic products is one of the reasons for the decrease of photosynthetic rate during the main growth period of economic organ formation and enrichment and is also the limiting factor for increasing the yield potential of rice.
