本文用荧光薄层光密度法测定山东肿足蕨中肿足媛甙含量。生药经乙醚提取,薄层层析,荧光扫描定量。测得山东肿足蕨中肿足蕨甙含量为0.863%,平均加标回收率为100.9%,变异系数为0.939%。
In this paper, fluorescent thin-layer densitometry was used to determine the content of Yuan Zheng in swollen foot ferns of Shandong foot fern. The crude drug was extracted by ether, and the quantification was performed by thin layer chromatography and fluorescence scanning. The content of the fern in the stomach was determined to be 0.863%. The average recovery rate was 100.9% and the coefficient of variation was 0.939%.
