用新合成的有机试剂7-(8-羟基喳啉-5-磺基-7-偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(HQSAHQS)研究了荧光光度法测定镁的反应条件。Mg(Ⅱ)与试剂在pH9.9的氨水/氯化铵缓冲介质中形成1:1型红色络合物并呈现荧光,其λ_(cx)/λ_(cm)=546/581,线性范围为0~12μg/25ml,检测限为4.9ng/g。考察了共存离子的干扰情况,并直接应用于自来水和矿样中镁的分析,结果满意。
The reaction conditions for the determination of magnesium by fluorescence spectrophotometry were studied with the newly synthesized organic reagent 7- (8-hydroxyphazoline-5-sulfo-7-azo) -8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (HQSAHQS) The λ (cx) / λ cm (cm) = 546/581 of Mg (Ⅱ) and reagent formed a 1: 1 red complex in aqueous ammonia / ammonium chloride buffer solution with pH9.9. The linear range was 0 ~ 12μg / 25ml, the detection limit of 4.9ng / g. The interference of coexisting ions was investigated and applied directly to the analysis of magnesium in tap water and ore samples with satisfactory results.
