方志不是无情物。方志的“情”是个特殊的概念,它既包含修志者在修志过程中的情感渗透,也包含用志者在用志过程中赏心悦目的感觉。而且,两者之间互为因果：只有修志者以饱满的情感从事志书编纂,其志书才会得到用志者的喜爱和肯定。笔者就这个问题谈一点个人的浅见,求教于各位志界同仁。
Local history is not heartless. The “love” of Fangzhi is a special concept.
