当前,中职学校主要是培养技能型人才为主,但是近年来,我国的中职院校存在着很多突出的问题,如生源质量较差、学生不服从管理、学生的德育素质较低等。在经济科技飞速发展的今天,素质教育被越来越重视,具备良好的品德是衡量人才的重要标准。在这样的大环境下,加强德育教育是每一个学校都需重视的问题。本文将从现今中职生德育教育的现状出发,深入分析其影响因素,探索出中职生德育教育的新方式,全面改进中职生德育教育。
At present, secondary vocational schools mainly develop skilled personnel, but in recent years, there are many outstanding problems in secondary vocational schools in our country, such as the poor quality of students, the disobedience of students and the low quality of students’ moral education. In the rapid development of economy and technology today, quality education is more and more attention, with good morality is an important measure of talent standards. In such a large environment, strengthening moral education is an issue that every school should pay attention to. Based on the current situation of secondary vocational school moral education, this article analyzes its influencing factors in depth and explores new ways of secondary vocational school moral education to improve secondary vocational school moral education in an all-round way.
