激光诱导击穿光谱(laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)技术是一种基于原子发射光谱的物质成分分析技术,具有无需样品预处理、快速、多元素同时测量等特点;国内外研究人员在环境监测、工业过程控制、空间探测等多个领域均开展了大量研究工作,已形成较为完善的理论方法体系;在技术设备开发方面虽取得一定进展,但也存在诸多技术应用难题。综述了现阶段LIBS技术主要研究进展,重点包括光谱获取技术、光谱增强方法、元素识别,及定量分析方法等,分析了LIBS仪器开发现状与存在的问题,为进一步发展LIBS技术的实用化提供参考.
Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a kind of material composition analysis technology based on atomic emission spectroscopy. It has the characteristics of no sample pretreatment, rapid and simultaneous multi-element measurement. The domestic and foreign researchers have made great achievements in environmental monitoring , Industrial process control, space exploration and other fields have carried out a large number of research work, has formed a relatively complete theoretical method system; in the development of technical equipment, although some progress has been made, but there are many technical problems. The main research progress of LIBS technology at the present stage is summarized. The key points include the technology of spectrum acquisition, spectrum enhancement, element identification and quantitative analysis. The status quo and existing problems of LIBS instrument development are analyzed, which provide reference for further development of LIBS technology .
