一、创设宽松、民主的课堂评价气氛数学课堂是学生汲取数学营养的主要场所,作为课堂教学的组织者、引导者的我们,应通过各种途径去营造民主、和谐、宽松的课堂氛围,让课堂上做到“四个有”:有疑问、有惊叹、有笑声、有争议。只有这种在和谐、民主、宽松的课堂气氛下进行的评价,才有利于学生对评价的认知和接受,有利于学生个性的发展和潜能的激发。如何营造这样的气氛呢?我认为可以从这几方面入手:可以在课堂上让学生相互评价、争论,教师在关键时刻协调与评价;也可以让学生自己评价在课堂上的表现及学习效果。生生交流,评价平
