本课题通过分析产业发展在城镇化进程中的重要作用,对我省的城镇化过程中产业发展的现状进行了调研与梳理,就我省城镇化与产业协调发展作探索性思考和建议。围绕目前我省城镇化过程中产业发展存在的农业结构单一、工业比重偏小、产业结构趋同、产业集群度低、服务业发展不足、“有城无市”及城市的经济聚集和辐射功能不足等问题,本文提出城镇化与产业协调发展的三大原则和五条对策建议。三大原则即:经济发展、生态友好、产业优化原则。五条建议即:科学规划,促进城镇化与产业协调发展;加快发展现代农业,促进传统农业向现代农业转型;加大对高新技术产业的投入,大力发展新型工业;依托自身优势,大力发展现代服务业;注重产业集群,形成产业集聚与人口集中相适应的城镇格局。
Through analyzing the important role of industrial development in the process of urbanization, this topic investigates and combs the current situation of industrial development in the process of urbanization in our province, and makes exploratory consideration and suggestion on the coordinated development of urbanization and industry in our province.
