Anhui: to participate in the establishment of regional environmental resources trading platform Recently, the 16th Central Yangtze River Economic Co-ordination Center held in Hefei, Anhui Province. Mayors of all member cities jointly signed the Agreement on Cooperation and Treatment of Environment, Prevention and Control of the Yangtze River Basin. The agreement proposed to explore the establishment of regional environmental resources trading platform for the common national carbon emission rights, emission of major pollutants and other pilot projects to establish a basin of ecological compensation system.
