目的探讨survivin表达与乳腺癌血管生成的关系。方法应用免疫组化法(IHC)检测survivin在40例乳腺癌组织、10例癌旁正常腺体组织中的表达情况;以FⅧ-RA作为血管内皮标记物,计数乳腺癌组织微血管密度(MVD)的表达情况。结果survivin在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为62.5%(25/40),而10例癌旁腺体组织中无表达,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。40例乳腺癌组织中的MVD为(43.73±10.07)个/HP,其中25例survivin阳性组中MVD的表达为(63.33±10.36)个/HP,显著高于15例阴性组的(20.12±8.47)个/HP(P<0.05)。结论survivin的高表达可能参与乳腺癌中微血管的新生,故可作为评价乳腺癌生物学行为的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between survivin expression and angiogenesis in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to detect the expression of survivin in 40 cases of breast cancer tissues and 10 cases of adjacent normal tissues. FⅧ-RA was used as vascular endothelial marker to count the microvessel density (MVD) The expression of the situation. Results The positive expression rate of survivin in breast cancer was 62.5% (25/40), while the expression of survivin was not found in 10 cases of adjacent tissues. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The MVD in 40 cases of breast cancer was (43.73 ± 10.07) / HP. The expression of MVD in 25 cases of survivin positive group was (63.33 ± 10.36) / HP, significantly higher than that in 15 cases (20.12 ± 8.47 ) / HP (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of survivin may be involved in the neovascularization of breast cancer, so it may be used as an index to evaluate the biological behavior of breast cancer.
