我国民间流传着一句很古老也很让人伤感的话,叫做“寿高多辱”,意思是活的岁数越大受到的羞辱就越多。这句话最早出现于《庄子》,原话是“寿则多辱”,与“寿高多辱”意思相近。庄子观察社会目光如炬,当他看到人世间有这种现象存在并且屡见不鲜的时候,他便总结出了这样一句话。
There is a very old and sad word circulated in the folk in our country. It is called “supreme humiliation,” meaning that the greater the old age, the more humiliating it is. This sentence first appeared in “Zhuang Tzu”, the original words are “life is more humiliating”, and “supreme humiliation” meaning similar. When Chuang Tzu observed social vision like a torch, when he saw this phenomenon in the world and was not uncommon, he summed up such a sentence.
