膀胱癌是由膀胱内细胞的恶性过度生长导致,是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,术后复发率高,可能与膀胱肿瘤有多药耐药性有关~([1])。三氧化二砷(As_2O_3)能逆转肿瘤细胞的耐药性,诱导细胞分化、凋亡,改变细胞增殖周期,抑制细胞增殖~([2]),但作用机制还不清楚。本文研究了不同浓度As_2O_3对BIU-87细胞增殖、细胞周期、凋亡及与肿瘤耐药相关蛋白的影响,探讨其逆转膀胱癌耐药性的机制,为临床治疗提供理论依据。
Bladder cancer is caused by malignant overgrowth of cells in the bladder and is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary system. The high recurrence rate may be related to the multidrug resistance of bladder tumors (1). Arsenic trioxide (As 2 O 3) can reverse the drug resistance of tumor cells, induce cell differentiation, apoptosis, change cell cycle and inhibit cell proliferation ~ ([2]), but the mechanism of action is unclear. In this paper, we studied the effects of different concentrations of As_2O_3 on the proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis and the proteins associated with drug resistance in BIU-87 cells and explored the mechanism of reversing the drug resistance of bladder cancer cells, providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
