建立二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)职业接触者血液中N-甲基氨甲酰加合物测定方法。收集DMF职业接触人群血液,制备成粉末状血红蛋白,经降解、提取等步骤处理后,用GC/MS分析血液中N-甲基氨甲酰加合物降解产物3-甲基-异丙基乙内酸脲(MVH)水平。SIM模式检测,基体匹配标准外标法定量。结果显示,浓度为2~30μmol/L时相关系数为0.976,平均加标回收率为89%~93%,相对标准偏差为8.7%~9.2%,血红蛋白中MVH检出限为0.16μg/g。方法能很好地应用于DMF职业接触者血液中N-甲基氨甲酰加合物的测定。
To establish a method for the determination of N-methylcarbamoyl adduct in the blood of DMF occupational workers. The blood of DMF occupational exposure group was collected to prepare powdered hemoglobin. After degradation, extraction and other steps, the degradation products of N-methylcarbamoyl adduct in blood were analyzed by GC / MS. Endo-urea (MVH) levels. SIM mode detection, matrix matching standard external standard method. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.976 with the concentration of 2 ~ 30μmol / L, the average recovery was 89% ~ 93%, the relative standard deviation was 8.7% ~ 9.2% and the detection limit of hemoglobin was 0.16μg / g. The method is well suited for the determination of N-methylcarbamoyl adducts in the blood of DMF occupationally exposed patients.
