据北京市国土资源和房屋管理局统计,2002年1～8月,我市二手房实际成交4884套,比上年同期增长近70％,比2000年同期增长6倍多;占1999年11月到2002年8月全市累计二手房实际成交量的44％。这表明我市的二手房市场已经打破了前几年的沉寂,交易开始活跃,这对相当一部分钟情于二手房的置业者来说,无疑是一个好的消息。
