一、倾听习惯在初中教学中,部分学生上课时总是“心不在焉”“身在就教室,心在外”。老师所传授的知识,在课后的检测中总能出现是是而非的问题。究其主要原因则是:上课时倾听习惯不好。倾听能力差必究会导致执行能力糟。出现这种现象的原因来自师生之间。一方面来自于老师,老师的课堂设置不能吸引学生的兴趣,激发学生学习的激情,导致学生身在教室,可心里却不想听、不愿听。另一方面来自学生自我,没有良好的倾听习惯,听着听着就“跑神”了,就不耐烦了。面对这一现象,教师应从学生心理出发,深入研究教材,运用灵活多变的教法,对学生进行教学。并结合实
