It refers to the endowment insurance system set up by peasants under the guidance of national policies and voluntarily participated by farmers, relying on collective economic organizations and targeting at rural population. In recent years, Chengdu has conducted a series of active and in-depth explorations in setting up rural endowment insurance and solving the problem of peasants getting their own money.
