目的:研究水通道蛋白1(AQP1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及微血管密度在鼻咽部肿瘤及非肿瘤组织中的表达情况及其相关性。方法:收集30例鼻咽部活检标本,分别使用免疫组织化学及实时荧光定量PCR(real-timePCR)检测组织中AQP1、VEGF的表达情况,计算组织中的微血管密度。结果:免疫组织化学及real-timePCR检测均证实肿瘤组织中AQP1、VEGF的表达强于非肿瘤组织,且两者存在一定相关性。结论:AQP1在鼻咽癌中通过VEGF参与血管生成,从而促进肿瘤生长和转移。
Objective: To investigate the expression of aquaporin-1 (AQP1), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density in nasopharyngeal and non-neoplastic tissues and their correlation. Methods: Thirty cases of nasopharyngeal biopsy specimens were collected. The expression of AQP1 and VEGF in the tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and real-time PCR respectively, and the microvessel density in the tissues was calculated. Results: Both immunohistochemistry and real-time PCR confirmed that the expression of AQP1 and VEGF in tumor tissues was stronger than that in non-tumor tissues, and there was a certain correlation between them. Conclusion: AQP1 is involved in angiogenesis through VEGF in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which promotes tumor growth and metastasis.
