In order to summarize the work experience since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and to elect the new leadership institution and further promote the scientific research of our military's future military affairs, the China Military Future Research Conference was held in a resident of Xinzhou, Shanxi Province from August 22 to August 24, 1991 Second National Congress and the Third Annual Conference.
