一、工程结构概况中央彩电中心工程为国家重点建设项目,位于北京市复兴门外蔡公庄。由建设部综合勘察院勘察,广播电视部设计院设计,主要由北京市建筑总公司施工。该工程分为播出区和制作区。播出区面积4万平方米。以播出大楼为中心,东南北三面与裙房相连。主楼为筒中筒结构,楼层为梁板结构,地上26层,地下3层,采用箱形基础,天然地基,箱形基础底面标高-12.5米。裙房为框混结构,地上3层,局部4层,采用扩底墩基础,墩底平均标高-12.5米。主楼与裙房之间设抗震缝,未设沉降缝。制作区建筑面积4.4万平方米,以演播室为中心,组成8段。主体为框混结构,地上3～4层,地下一层,均采用扩底墩基础,基础底面标高-12.0米左右。截止1984年底,该工程的主体结构已经完工。
I. Overview of Project Structure The Central Color TV Center Project is a national key construction project located in Caigongzhuang, outside Fuxingmen, Beijing. It was designed by the Survey Department of the Ministry of Construction and the Design Institute of the Ministry of Broadcasting and Television. It is mainly constructed by Beijing Construction Corporation. The project is divided into a broadcast area and a production area. The broadcast area is 40,000 square meters. Centered on the broadcast building, the southeast and north sides are connected to the podium. The main building is a tube-in-tube structure. The floor is a beam-slab structure with 26 floors above the ground and 3 floors underground. The box-shaped foundation is used. The natural foundation and the box-shaped foundation are at the elevation of -12.5 meters. The podium is a box-concrete structure, with 3 floors above the ground and 4 floors on the ground. The base of the pier is used for expansion and the average elevation of the pier is -12.5 meters. There is a seismic joint between the main building and the podium. There is no settlement joint. The construction area of the production area is 44,000 square meters, and the center of the studio is composed of 8 sections. The main body is a box-and-concrete structure, with 3 to 4 floors on the ground, and a basement floor. All of them are based on the base of the expanded base, and the base elevation is about -12.0 meters. By the end of 1984, the main structure of the project had been completed.
