在这个经济高速发展的时代,地方企业和政府要发展,资金成为一个关键问题,资金链的断裂对一个企业或是一个政府来说都是致命的。地方政府的投融资平台在应对企业的资金资助方面正发挥着越来越重要的作用。但我国目前财政投融资系统存在一定的问题,法律的空缺、管理机构不合理、运营机制不健全,都成为制约地方投融机构发展的关键因素。本文分析了我国财政投融资系统存在的问题,并对提出了一些应对之策。
In this era of rapid economic growth, local enterprises and governments need to develop and capital becomes a key issue. The collapse of the capital chain is fatal to a business or a government. The local government’s investment and financing platform is playing an increasingly important role in coping with the funding of enterprises. However, there are some problems in China’s current financial investment and financing system. The vacancy of laws, the unreasonable management agencies and the unsound operational mechanisms have all become the key factors restricting the development of local investment and financing institutions. This article analyzes the problems existing in the system of financial investment and financing in our country and puts forward some countermeasures.
