社会主义市场经济是信用经济,完善的社会信用体系以及由此形成的良好的社会信用环境,是促进和谐市场经济的根本要求和基本保障。然而当前社会信用的缺乏、失准甚至背叛的现象,已被各类市场经济主体亲身体会并深恶痛绝,给社会道德风尚、经济发展、法制建设等造成极大的社会危害,并严重影响到了和谐市场经济建设。分析了社会信用体系与和谐市场经济的关系,并从政府主导、内部信用管理机制、法制建设、诚信教育等四个方面对健全社会信用体系,助力和谐市场经济建议提出了建议。
The socialist market economy is a credit economy, a sound social credit system and the resulting good social credit environment. It is the fundamental requirement and basic guarantee for promoting a harmonious market economy. However, the current lack of social credit, misalignment or even betrayal has been personally experienced and abhorred by all kinds of market economy entities, causing great social harm to social morality, economic development and legal system construction, and seriously affecting the harmonious market economic development. Analyzes the relationship between social credit system and harmonious market economy, and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the social credit system and boost the harmonious market economy from the four aspects of government-led, internal credit management mechanism, legal construction and honesty education.
