中共中央、国务院最近作出决定,提出了坚定不移地实施科教兴国的战略。以一个企业来说,必须坚持科技是第一生产力的思想,而人才则是生产力的第一要素。企业的兴旺发达,必须依靠科学技术进步;攀登科技高峰,必须依靠人才,提高劳动者的素质,这两者是相辅相成的。上海三联汽车线束公司依靠科教兴厂取得了企业的发展。 一、人才是企业兴旺之本 企业兴旺要靠人才,没有一支素质好的技术队伍,企业是难于兴旺发达的。这对乡镇企业来说尤为重要,这是乡镇企业先天不足所决定的。乡镇企业由于设备陈旧、工艺落后、人才不足,所以产品质量低下,经济效益不高。要改变这一局面,势必要坚持技术进步,着重开发人才。

Because of outdated equipment, backward technology, and insufficient talents, township and village enterprises suffer from low product quality and low economic efficiency.
