健康教育是初级卫生保健诸因素中的第一要素,它以自己特殊的作用,成为初级卫生保健的一项重要内容。目前,我国农村仍然是疾病多发地区,农民是受疾病危害和威胁的最严重人群。农民的卫生健康水平状况如何,对全国人民的健康水平具有决定性的影响。为探讨健康教育的效果,使人们充分认识健康教育在初级卫生保健中的地位和作用,我们于1989年起在枝江县安福寺镇农村开展健康教育工作试点,并在该镇所辖的野鸭湾,吴家门两个村进行调查,并对比分析。
Health education is the first element of primary health care. It has become an important part of primary health care with its own special role. At present, our country’s rural areas are still areas with frequent diseases. Farmers are the most serious groups that are endangered and threatened by diseases. The health status of farmers has a decisive impact on the health of the people throughout the country. In order to explore the effects of health education and make people fully understand the role and role of health education in primary health care, we started a health education pilot project in the rural area of Anfusi Town in Zhijiang County in 1989, and established a mallard under the jurisdiction of the town. Bay and Wujiamen two villages were investigated and compared.
