作为一项旨在保护劳动者权益,维护劳资双方和谐关系,保障企业绩效兼顾公平效率的重要制度手段,工资集体协商制度自实施以来一直备受社会学、经济学、政治学等学者的关注。民营企业是我国国民经济的重要力量,其不同于公有制企业的特点决定了在工资集体协商制度推行过程中也呈现出不同的政策效果。劳动者工资水平一直是影响劳资双方关系,劳动力流动以及整个社会收入差距和宏观经济发展的重要因素。
As an important institutional measure aimed at protecting the rights and interests of laborers, safeguarding the harmonious relationship between employers and employees, and ensuring the fair performance of enterprises, the collective bargaining system has been attracting much attention from scholars in sociology, economics and politics. Private-owned enterprises are an important force in our country’s national economy. Different from the characteristics of public-owned enterprises, private-owned enterprises also determine different policy effects in the implementation of collective bargaining system. The wage level of workers has always been an important factor that affects the relations between employers and employees, the flow of labor and the income gap of the entire society as well as macroeconomic development.
