随着工业化和城市化的发展,我国农村地区出现因大量青壮年农民进城务工带来的“空心化”现象。缺少家长有效监管的留守学生和“半留守学生”也不断增多,给农村学校教育教学带来了巨大的挑战。如何更好地监管这些孩子的课后作业,并以作业为抓手促进孩子学习与成长呢?教师可以拓展历史作业,从作业完成途径上向课内拓展,加强教师指导,以提升作业质量;拓展作业方式,多样化作业,重视过程督促,全面展示学生能力;拓展作业评价方式,多元化评价和反馈,摸清症结,帮助学生查漏补缺等方面入手。通过作业的内突外拓,力求做到以练促学、以练促教,帮助学困生学习成长。
With the development of industrialization and urbanization, there has been a phenomenon of “hollowing out” caused by the large number of young and old peasants working in cities in rural areas. Left-behind students and “half-left-behind students” who lack effective parental supervision also continue to increase, bringing huge challenges to rural schools’ education and teaching. How to better supervise these children’s after-class homework, and use the homework as a starting point to promote children’s learning and growth? Teachers can expand their historical assignments, expand from the homework approach to the class, and strengthen teacher guidance to improve the quality of their work.
