目的:了解低层次暗娼人群艾滋病性病防治知识知晓与危险行为情况,为艾滋病性病防治与干预提供科学依据。方法:采取普查法,对鄞州区低层次暗娼以面对面访谈形式进行调查。结果:本次调查249人,均为女性,年龄介于17~50岁之间,平均年龄为30.0岁;调查对象艾滋病性病防治知识知晓率均未达到80%;最近一个月提供性服务人数在10人以上的占64.7%,安全套每次使用率39.8%;梅毒感染率为5.6%,未检出HIV抗体阳性者。结论:鄞州区低层次暗娼人群对艾滋病性病高危行为的认识和预防措施有待提高,亟需重点关注暗娼人群的干预工作及100%推广安全套使用以降低艾滋病性病的感染率。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the knowledge and risk behaviors of HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment in low-level FSWs and to provide a scientific basis for AIDS STD prevention and intervention. Methods: The census method was adopted to investigate the low-level sex workers in Yinzhou district in the form of face-to-face interviews. Results: The survey of 249 were female, aged between 17 to 50 years old, with an average age of 30.0 years; survey AIDS prevention awareness of STD knowledge did not reach 80%; the number of sexual services in the most recent month in 64.7% were over 10, condoms were 39.8%, syphilis infection was 5.6%, and no HIV antibody was detected. Conclusions: The awareness and preventive measures of HIV / AIDS STD among low-level FSWs in Yinzhou need to be improved. It is urgent to pay more attention to the intervention work of FSWs and to promote the use of condoms 100% to reduce the infection rate of STDs.
