目的:通过系统的文献分析了解我国基层药学人员培训现况,为探索乡镇卫生院基层药学人员的培训模式提供参考。方法:利用系统评价的二次研究方法了解我国基层药学人员的培训现况,根据检索策略检索CNKI、VIP、CBM、WANFANG数据库,根据明确的纳入排除标准纳入文献;严格评价纳入文献质量,设计文献数据提取表,分析发表时间、期刊类型、调查区域等,最终整理分析质量较高文献的培训现况。结果:初步检索到264篇文献,最终18篇文献纳入分析。文献数量随年份呈上升趋势;涉及14个省份,西北、青藏地区的文献较少。按照质量评价标准对所纳文献进行评分,A级3篇,占16.67%;B级4篇占22.22%;C级11篇,占61.11%。结论:我国的基层药学人员整体素质较低,药学专业人才缺乏,队伍不稳定等问题,不能满足基层群众日益增长的药学卫生服务需要,应该针对现有的问题提出有针对性的策略和措施。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo of grassroots pharmacy training in China through systematic literature analysis, and to provide reference for exploring the training mode of grassroots pharmacy staff in township hospitals. Methods: The secondary research methods of systematic reviews were used to understand the training status of grassroots pharmacy personnel in China. The CNKI, VIP, CBM and WANFANG databases were retrieved according to the search strategy and included in the literature according to the explicit inclusion exclusion criteria. Strict evaluation of the inclusion of literature quality and design literature Data extraction table, analysis of publication time, type of journal, survey area and so on, finally finishing the analysis of the quality of training literature. Results: 264 articles were initially retrieved and 18 articles were finally included in the analysis. The number of literature shows an upward trend with the years; there are only a few articles in 14 provinces, northwestern areas and Qinghai-Tibet areas. According to the quality evaluation criteria, the accepted documents were scored. There were 3 grade A articles (16.67%), 4 grade B articles (22.22%) and 11 grade C articles (61.11%). Conclusion: The basic quality of grassroots pharmacy in our country is low, the lack of pharmacy professionals, team instability and other issues can not meet the growing needs of grassroots pharmacy services, we should put forward targeted strategies and measures for the existing problems.
