本文对一种新型的传动——波齿传动进行了受力分析和传动效率计算。推导出作用在波齿上诸力之间的关系式和啮合效率的计算公式,为以后提高这种传动的效率、强度及最佳参数选择提供了理论根据。
In this paper, a new type of transmission - wave gear transmission force analysis and transmission efficiency calculation. The calculation formula of the relationship between the forces acting on the wave teeth and the meshing efficiency is deduced, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency, strength and optimal parameter selection of this kind of transmission in the future.
