对水中几种指示微生物进行氯消毒,并比较了它们的抵抗力,结果表明,随着有效氯剂量的加大和作用时间的延长,它们的灭活率K值均增加;抵抗力顺序从大到小排列为:枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞>产气荚膜梭菌芽胞>大肠杆菌噬菌体f2>大肠杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌繁殖体。说明产气荚膜梭菌有可能成为一个水质指示菌。
Chlorine disinfection of several indicator microorganisms in water and their resistance were compared. The results showed that with the increase of effective chlorine dose and the prolongation of action time, their inactivation rate K increased; the order of resistance increased from large to large Small arrangement: Bacillus subtilis var. Spores> Clostridium perfringens spore> Escherichia coli bacteriophage f2> Escherichia coli, Clostridium perfringens propagule. It shows that Clostridium perfringens may become a indicator of water quality.
