我国县级卫生部门是卫生事业发展的重要支撑,是满足县城经济发展和县城人们健康需要的重要部门,而卫生部门所拥有的人力资源是卫生工作进行的保障。近几年,我国经济呈现快速发展趋势,人口结构产生巨大的变化,一定程度上影响了卫生服务需求,影响卫生人力资源的需求,本文主要分析在这种背景下我所卫生人力资源需求的情况。
The county-level health department in our country is an important support for the development of health undertaking and an important department that meets the county’s economic development and the health needs of people in the county. The human resources owned by the health sector are the guarantee for health work. In recent years, the rapid economic development in our country shows a tremendous change in the demographic structure. This has to a certain extent affected the demand for health services and the demand for human resources for health services. This article mainly analyzes the demand for human resources for health services in this context .
