通过分析我院绩效工资考核分配管理制度在我院医疗卫生事业具体实施过程中的影响,对该制度的优劣进行探讨。绩效工资考核分配管理能够有效的完善我院绩效工资考核制度,虽然也有一些不够完善、成熟之处,但是能够公平、公正、合理分配医疗资源,有效提高我院医疗服务的公益性,促进医疗卫生事业健康可持续发展。
